Consumer's right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Period of withdrawal

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

You can inform us of your revocation by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to revoke this contract. You can also use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Restrictions on the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded for goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or safety, if the seal has been removed after delivery or if the goods have been used, worn or washed.

This applies in particular to T-shirts and other protective clothing. In addition, it is not possible to determine whether the functionality, in particular the shielding effect, of shielding clothing has been impaired by use or improper handling (e.g. washing). In order to guarantee the quality, safety and shielding effect of our products for all customers, we cannot take back worn or used items. If you try on an item of clothing, please ensure that you only do so in hygienic conditions and without visible signs of use. Any damage or soiling can impair the effectiveness of the shielding and make it impossible to take it back. Please try on clothing with care to avoid unnecessary wear or soiling. Please also refrain from washing the clothing before trying it on, as incorrect washing can affect both the shape and the shielding effect. For this reason, we cannot take back clothing that has already been washed. 

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Return of the goods

You must return or hand over the goods to the following address without delay and in any case within fourteen days of the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract at the latest:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

Return costs

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
